Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 3-9 business days
    • Cost: $20
    • This is our most affordable shipping option, and it typically arrives within 3-9 business days after your order is processed.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
    • Cost: $35
    • If you need your order sooner, our express shipping option delivers within 1-2 business days for a faster turnaround.

Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided number through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the method you select. Please note that additional charges may apply for remote or rural addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
